Stacey Martin
Mrs. Stacey Martin is an accomplished early childhood education leader with more than a decade of experience supporting children, educators, and school communities. She holds a degree in Psychology and has a strong foundation in child development, bringing a thoughtful and informed perspective to her leadership at Illuminate Montessori at Bee Cave.
Her professional experience includes Montessori, Reggio Emilia, play-based learning, and other child-centered educational approaches. This diverse background has shaped her commitment to creating intentional learning environments that foster independence, confidence, curiosity, creativity, and meaningful growth.
As Head of School, Mrs. Stacey is dedicated to cultivating a culture of educational excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement. She is passionate about empowering educators, building strong partnerships with families, and ensuring that every child is valued, supported, and inspired to reach their fullest potential.
