Eva Duan
Eva Duan serves as the Senior Head of School and Pedagogy Officer for TNC Schools. With more than 20 years of experience in education and Montessori leadership, she has dedicated her career to building strong school communities, developing effective leaders, and creating environments where children, families, and educators can thrive.
Throughout her career, Eva has guided schools through periods of growth, transformation, and leadership development. As the Founding Head of School of Guidepost Montessori at Bee Cave, she successfully transformed a newly acquired campus into a thriving Montessori community. She later led Guidepost Montessori at Cypress Creek, where she built a high-performing team and established the campus as a model of program quality, operational excellence, and community engagement.
In her current role, Eva partners with school leaders to strengthen leadership practices, enhance program quality, and develop sustainable systems that help schools flourish. She is passionate about preserving the authenticity of Montessori education while empowering leaders and educators to create exceptional experiences for children and families.
Outside of work, Eva enjoys cooking, practicing yoga, gardening, and hosting tea parties with her three-year-old daughter.
